MTL120 is a compact-sized crusher bucket within the MTL product range, custom-built for 3–6 ton skid steer loaders. As our smaller-size crushing attachment, it is fully optimized to match the hydraulic specifications, load capacity and mounting interface of compact skid steer loaders. No major modification to the carrier machine is required; it can be quickly attached to 3–6t skid steer loaders and put into operation right away. Thanks to its compact bucket body and lightweight design, it takes full advantage of skid steer loaders’ zero-turn radius and outstanding maneuverability. It focuses on low-volume on-site crushing in confined working spaces, meeting crushing demands for micro construction projects and complementing the MTC series excavator-mounted crusher buckets.

Basic Informations

The MTL120 belongs to the MTL series, specially engineered for 3–6 ton skid steer loaders, different from the MTC crusher buckets for excavators. It mounts directly on compact skid steer loaders. Benefiting from the skid steer’s zero-turn capability and small footprint, it can operate in ultra-tight spaces where MTC series buckets struggle to work, such as indoor demolition, basements, yard renovation and narrow alleys.

One skid steer fitted with MTL120 enables one operator to complete feeding, crushing, short-distance material transfer and stockpiling all together, no excavator required.

It is ideal for on-site crushing in low-volume, sporadic jobs. Crush concrete blocks, bricks and small stones on location to produce recycled aggregates. This avoids waste haul-out and cuts high transportation expenses.

Light in overall weight. The whole unit (skid steer + MTL120) can be transported by standard flatbed trucks. It is convenient for frequent short-distance relocation between multiple sites, with no heavy haul permits needed.

If you already own a 3–6ton skid steer loader, simply attach the MTL120 to add crushing function. It greatly reduces equipment purchase or rental investment. Thanks to its compact structure, it consumes less fuel and has lower wear-part costs, making it perfect for small contractors and equipment rental firms.
