Performance of MOTEK Crusher Buckets in Granite Crushing Operations
Release time: 2026-04-08

In high-strength rock crushing operations, the stability and durability of equipment are paramount. In practical applications involving granite, MOTEK دلاء التكسير demonstrated excellent crushing capacity and continuous operating performance, providing reliable support for on-site construction.
The material used in this project was granite, a typical high-hardness rock, placing high demands on the structural strength, wear resistance, and overall stability of the equipment. Traditional crushing methods often rely on fixed crushing equipment or blasting processes, which not only involve relatively complex construction procedures but also suffer from high costs and insufficient flexibility in some scenarios. In contrast, using excavators equipped with crusher buckets for on-site operation allows for on-site material crushing, effectively improving construction efficiency and reducing transportation and overall costs.
During actual construction, MOTEK دلو كسارة الخرسانة, with their optimized structural design, demonstrated excellent adaptability and stability in granite crushing operations. For high-wear conditions, the equipment underwent reinforced design in several key areas, effectively extending its service life.
Structurally, high-strength wear-resistant plates (NM500) are added to the sides and front of the crushing bucket, effectively reducing the impact and wear of stones on the equipment body. This design significantly improves the equipment’s durability under continuous high-intensity operating conditions.
The bottom structure has also been reinforced and optimized, featuring reinforced wear-resistant plates and a bucket tooth structure. For hard materials such as granite, the bucket teeth help improve cutting efficiency, and after wear, only the tooth sleeves need to be replaced for continued use, effectively reducing operating costs. Furthermore, the reinforced bottom structure further enhances the overall frame’s impact resistance.
In terms of detailed design, MOTEK has specifically optimized vulnerable components. For example, the grease hose has been fitted with a protective sleeve with a steel wire layer, effectively preventing wear or rupture of the hose even under continuous vibration during equipment operation, ensuring stable operation of the lubrication system and extending bearing life.
In terms of manufacturing process, the MOTEK دلو السحق undergoes integral welding followed by shot blasting for stress relief, and then precision machining, effectively ensuring the coaxiality of key components. This process reduces the impact of welding deformation, ensuring stable performance under long-term high-load operation and extending bearing life.
Regarding the power system, the equipment uses a versatile, high-quality hydraulic motor, and the leakage oil circuit has been optimized. The motor leakage pipe is directly connected back to the excavator’s hydraulic oil tank, effectively reducing system back pressure and minimizing seal wear, thereby extending the overall service life of the hydraulic system and lowering subsequent maintenance costs.
From field application results, the MOTEK crusher bucket operates smoothly and with high crushing efficiency, demonstrating excellent continuous operation capability in handling high-hardness materials such as granite, meeting construction requirements.
This project further validates the adaptability of the MOTEK crusher bucket under complex working conditions, making it widely applicable in mining, road construction, building demolition, and renewable resource processing.
In the future, MOTEK will continue to optimize product design and manufacturing processes, continuously improving equipment performance and durability to provide customers with more efficient and reliable crushing solutions.
