MOTEK soil power mixer manufacturer

Recently, MOTEK excavator-mounted mixing heads were successfully applied in a sludge solidification project for a highway subgrade construction. The project site was originally a turtle aquaculture pond with very soft soil and high water content, requiring ground improvement before being converted for highway use.

The construction area is approximately 100 meters wide and more than 700 meters long, with a treatment depth of about 1.5 to 2 meters. Due to the large working area and deep soft soil layer, efficient mixing equipment and a reliable solidification method were essential to ensure consistent soil stabilization and construction progress.

During the project, 20-ton class excavators were used on site, including models such as XCMG XE200 and TZ215. These machines were equipped with MOTEK MT200 excavator mixing heads to carry out the mixing and solidification work. For larger carrier machines, MOTEK MT250 mixing heads can be applied to achieve higher productivity in similar applications.

In this project, a slurry-based solidification agent was used throughout the construction process. Compared with traditional powder binders, slurry-based materials generate significantly less dust, creating a cleaner and safer working environment. In addition, slurry agents are more suitable for high-moisture sludge, allowing better penetration and more uniform mixing, which leads to more stable and reliable solidification results.

With stable performance, high efficiency, and consistent mixing quality, MOTEK excavator mixing heads performed reliably on site and met the engineering requirements for highway subgrade improvement. The successful implementation of this project further demonstrates the capability of MOTEK equipment in sludge solidification and soft soil stabilization applications.

MOTEK will continue to provide efficient, reliable, and environmentally friendly mixing solutions for global customers in ground improvement, environmental remediation, and infrastructure construction projects.
